Managed IT servicesYour IT operations, complete and frictionless.
We run your service desk, monitoring, infrastructure and security for you, with AITops® resolving the repetitive work, under a single SLA.
What are managed IT services?
Managed IT services are services in which a provider runs your service desk, monitoring or infrastructure for you, against measurable targets. N.Technology delivers them with AITops®, an autonomous IT operations platform that resolves repetitive work, plus specialists for complex issues, on ITIL 4 practices and ISO/IEC 20000-1.

What clients ask us.
Can I get a traditional managed service, without AI?
Yes. If you prefer, we operate with the traditional first, second and third line (L1, L2, L3) model. We recommend the service powered by AITops® because it resolves repetitive issues in minutes and lowers the cost of operating your IT.
What best-practice framework do you follow?
We use ITIL 4 as the common language for our practices and ISO/IEC 20000-1, in which we are certified, for the service management system. On that foundation, AITops® automates work that used to require people.
Can I contract only some of the services?
Yes. Each service is available on its own or as a bundle, and the scope can grow by domain and in phases.
What's the difference between buying a tool and contracting a managed service?
A tool gives you the capability; a managed service puts people, processes and automation to work operating it for you, under an SLA. We can sell you the tool, implement it, or also operate the service.
What happens to my in-house IT team?
Your team is freed from reactive operations and keeps ownership of strategy, projects and the organization's knowledge.
