24/7 SOC

24/7 SOC: someone watches your network around the clock.

Our SOC service monitors the security and availability of your networks and systems nonstop, and responds in real time with a CSIRT behind it.

What is a SOC?

A SOC (Security Operations Center) continuously monitors the security of networks and systems to detect and handle threats in real time. The N.Technology SOC operates 24/7, with a CSIRT for incident response, aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022.

Prioritizes security events, enriches every alert with context and contains repetitive threats under your rules.

FAQ

What clients ask us.

Should I build an in-house SOC or use SOC as a service?

An in-house SOC requires specialized staff around the clock, plus tools and processes. SOC as a service gives you that coverage from day one, at a more predictable cost.

What happens when the SOC detects a threat?

It is classified by impact, the affected systems are contained and the CSIRT investigates with forensic analysis. At the end, you receive the documentation and the actions needed to keep it from happening again.

Does the SOC also monitor availability?

Yes. We monitor the security and availability of networks and systems, which makes it possible to tell an attack apart from an operational failure.

Is N.Technology certified in information security?

Yes, to ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
