How does N.Technology charge?
N.Technology charges according to what you contract: managed IT services carry a fixed monthly fee per domain operated, while infrastructure and software are billed per project or as a monthly service. Every engagement starts with a free assessment and service levels agreed in writing, so you know the cost before you commit.
Each service, with its own pricing model.
You can combine them in a single contract.
Fixed monthly fee per domain
24/7 NOC, IT service desk, level zero with AITops®, specialist engineers and executive reports. It doesn't grow with every incident.
Per project or as a service
A one-time project investment, or equipment, implementation and operations bundled into a monthly fee.
Licenses, implementation or operations
Licenses at channel price; implementation per project; operations as a monthly service.
Build and operate
The data foundation and the first use case are priced per project; operating the platform, as a monthly service.
Seven variables that shape your proposal.
We review them with you during the assessment, before we quote.
- Number of domains, devices, users and sites to be operated.
- Coverage hours: 24/7 or business hours.
- Criticality of the services, and response and resolution times by severity.
- Remote support, onsite support or a combination of both.
- Licenses and infrastructure included in the fee or contracted separately.
- Current state: documentation, obsolescence and technical debt.
- Security, compliance and audit requirements in your industry.
Four steps, no commitment until the third.
The assessment is free and the proposal arrives in writing.
Free assessment
We review your operation, inventory, domains and criticality.
Written proposal
Scope by domain, service levels by severity, transition plan and price.
One contract
One contract and one service level agreement for the full scope. The documentation for your procurement team is in the Trust Center.
Transition and operations
We run in parallel with your current provider and deliver monthly reports.

What clients ask us.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because two organizations with the same number of devices can need very different operations: coverage hours, criticality, site locations and what is already installed all change the cost. We prefer to quote on your real operation rather than on an assumption, which is why every proposal starts with a free assessment.
Do you charge per ticket or by the hour?
Not for managed IT services. The monthly fee per domain does not grow with every incident, so your cost stays predictable and our incentive is for incidents to go down, not up. Hourly or per-ticket billing rewards the provider when things break; a fixed fee per domain aligns us with your uptime.
Can I start with a single domain?
Yes. The scope is defined by domain and can grow in phases. Many organizations start with the domain that costs them the most today and add the others once they see results, which keeps the initial commitment small and lets you validate the service before expanding it.
Can the fee include licenses and infrastructure?
Yes. We can bundle operations, licenses and infrastructure into a single monthly fee, or quote each part separately if that works better for your budget. Either way, the proposal shows each component clearly, so your finance and procurement teams can see exactly what they are paying for.
Do you respond to public sector tenders?
Yes. Send us the tender documents or request for proposal at contacto@n.technology, or use the form and select "Tender or RFP". We prepare the technical and price proposals in line with the applicable procurement rules and the service level requirements set by the agency.
