Which vendors do you work with?
Kaytus for servers and storage; AbCore Systems for AI servers; Extreme Networks, Telmex and Megaport for networking; and Microsoft, Oracle and Red Hat for cloud. We choose based on your use case, whether commercial or open source.
Can you operate the infrastructure I already have?
Yes. You don't need to buy anything new to work with us. We connect your existing infrastructure to AITops® and bring it under our managed IT services.
How viable is open source in production?
Very viable with the right partner. OpenStack, Proxmox and ZStack run mission-critical operations around the world. We design, implement and operate them under an SLA, so you don't carry the risk.
Do you migrate to the cloud and back again?
Both. We design the right mix of on-premises, colocation and cloud based on cost and performance, including workload repatriation when the public cloud is no longer cost-effective.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope: weeks for targeted expansions and a few months for complete architectures with migration. In the assessment we deliver a phased timeline, and implementation is carried out without disrupting your operations.
