La Rosita, El Yaqui, Alcaldía Cuajimalpa de Morelos, C.P. 05340, CDMX, is the data controller responsible for the processing and protection of the personal data that you provide to us or that we obtain through our website https://n.technology (the “Site”), and in this regard hereby informs you of the following:

Definitions

  • NTECHNOLOGY: N DIGITAL EVOLUTION GROUP, S.A. DE C.V. and/or its subsidiaries, related or affiliated companies.
  • Site: the website https://n.technology and its sections.

Personal Data We Collect

In order to fulfill the purposes described in this privacy notice, NTECHNOLOGY may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Data that you provide to us voluntarily when filling out contact forms, requesting information or a quote, or subscribing to our communications: identification data (name), contact data (email address and telephone number), employment data (organization and job title) and the content of your message.
  • Data obtained automatically while you browse, through cookies and similar technologies: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on the Site and other browsing data.

NTECHNOLOGY does not collect sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data through the Site.

Purposes of the Processing of Your Personal Data

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary to respond to your request and for the operation of the Site:

  • To identify and contact you in order to respond to and follow up on your requests for information, contact or quotes.
  • To ensure the operation, availability and security of the Site.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your personal information may be transferred to the following individuals or legal entities, without your consent being legally required:

  • Authorities to which we are required to transfer it by law, in order to comply with the corresponding regulations.
  • Authorities, when the transfer is necessary or legally required to safeguard a public interest, or for the procurement or administration of justice.
  • Authorities, when the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in judicial proceedings.
  • Companies within our same group that operate under our same internal processes and policies, in order to provide services to them or to comply with our internal policies and regulations.

Except in the cases indicated and the others provided for in the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties), your personal information will not be transferred. NTECHNOLOGY does not sell or rent your personal data.

In addition, NTECHNOLOGY may rely on technology service providers (for example, web hosting services, cloud services, analytics tools and tools that incorporate artificial intelligence), which will process your personal data solely on behalf of NTECHNOLOGY, in accordance with our instructions and subject to confidentiality and information security obligations. This communication of data does not constitute a transfer.

Links to Third‑Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not controlled by NTECHNOLOGY. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such sites; therefore, we recommend that you review their privacy notices before providing them with any personal information.

Security Measures to Protect Your Personal Information

Your personal information will be safeguarded under strict confidentiality. To reasonably prevent its unauthorized use, disclosure, alteration or destruction, we have implemented physical, technical and administrative security measures in accordance with the

Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares and other applicable regulations. NTECHNOLOGY has an Information Security Management System certified under the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) and Revocation of Your Consent

To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, you may access, rectify and cancel your personal data, object to its processing, and revoke at any time any consent you may have granted to us, by writing to the email address privacidad@n.technology.

Your request must contain: (i) your full name and the means by which the response is to be communicated to you; (ii) a copy of a current official identification document or, where applicable, the document evidencing the legal authority of the person acting on your behalf; (iii) a clear and precise description of the personal data and of the right you wish to exercise; and (iv) any other document or information that facilitates locating your personal data. In the case of rectification requests, you must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation supporting them.

NTECHNOLOGY will communicate its response to you within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date your request is received, through the means you have indicated, and, if the request is approved, will give effect to it within the following 15 (fifteen) business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when the circumstances of the case so justify.

Our privacy officer will at all times oversee the protection of your personal information in compliance with applicable regulations. We also inform you that the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance) is the authority responsible for overseeing due compliance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data held by private parties.

Limiting the Use or Disclosure of Personal Information

In addition to the procedure set out in the preceding section, you may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data in the following ways:

  • By registering with the Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad (REPEP, the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising) of the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Federal Consumer Protection Agency). For more information about this option, you may contact PROFECO directly or visit https://repep.profeco.gob.mx.
  • By requesting, via the email address privacidad@n.technology, your registration on the “Advertising Exclusion List,” in order not to receive promotional information about our products and services.

Changes to This Privacy Notice

NTECHNOLOGY may modify and/or update this privacy notice. Any modification or update will be published in this same section of the Site, indicating the date of the most recent update; therefore, we recommend that you consult it periodically.

Consent

By providing us with your personal data through the forms on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read this privacy notice. If you do not express your objection, you will be deemed to consent to the processing of your personal data under the terms described herein.
