AI knowledge baseAsk your organization.
Ask in natural language and get answers drawn from all of your organization's information, always with the source cited and respecting who can see what.
What is an AI knowledge base?
An AI knowledge base is an assistant that answers questions in natural language using your organization's own documents and cites the source of every answer. N.Technology builds it on private AI, connects it to your existing repositories and enforces each user's permissions, so people only see what they are already allowed to open.
Your organization's knowledge, one question away.
What today lives in folders, inboxes and the heads of a few people.
All your sources
SharePoint, OneDrive, network shares, email, the service desk, your ERP and your data platform.
Natural language, with sources
Every answer shows which document it comes from, so it can be verified.
Everyone sees only their own
It respects the permissions in your systems: the assistant never shows what a user cannot open.
Always up to date
It detects duplicate, outdated or contradictory documents and flags them for review.
Where it helps
- Customer support and the service desk, with consistent answers
- Onboarding new hires in days, not months
- Looking up contracts, policies and regulations
- Sales teams with technical information on demand

What clients ask us.
How is an AI knowledge base different from a chatbot?
A chatbot follows scripts. An AI knowledge base understands the question, searches across all the information you have authorized it to use and answers with the source cited, so your users can check every response instead of trusting a canned reply.
Can an AI knowledge base make up answers?
It is configured to answer only from your documents and to cite the source of each answer. If it cannot find the information, it says so instead of guessing, which keeps your users from acting on answers that cannot be traced back to a document.
Where is the information processed?
On private AI, either at your own facilities or in colocation in Mexico. Your documents are not sent to public AI services, so your organization keeps control over where its information lives and who can access it.
How does the AI avoid making up numbers?
It queries certified definitions in your organization's semantic layer and cites the source of every answer, so figures come from agreed calculations rather than from the model's guesses.
